Hardly few things to tell good about this work place.

Dislikes

Lost lot of potential talents due to poor management. same old clients, less projects which puts an end to learning new skills and knowledge. Seems to be good at the beginning, but won't be able to find a good healthy work environment. Partiality to the core. No compoffs even though you worked like hell, night and day. Notice period is where you will be seeing the true face of the management.

Compulsory Saturday Sunday holiday.

Dislikes

Lack of projects and income, so they can easily fire you at any time they want. No seniors to guide you. You won't have anything as achievement or skill while leaving this organization.

1. CTO and Director are friendly and are the only knowledged people in the company. Nothing else to say.

Dislikes

1. Seniors lack experience and knowledge : The senior resources at the management level lack a basic understanding of approaching a project. They don't have enough technical expertise and have poor man management skills. They are more worried about protecting their job than making the company progress. They boss around and only accept people who say yes to whatever they say. 2. Poor Work Culture : The entire culture is pretty toxic with no respect and no learning whatsoever. You cannot come in comfort wear or semi-casual wear. Wearing slippers or comfortable footwear is not allowed. If you wear and come for what so ever reason you will be warned by HR stating you are not following company policy which will be changed the following week or month. 3. Job Security is the worst : If you don't agree with your manager or lead you will be fired then and there without any reason. 4. Work-Life Balance : This is only available for the managers and if you request sick leaves, casual leave or work-from-home options it will not be approved and it will be marked as LOP. 5. HR Management is complete trash : HR will not respond to any emails or messages if you are male. They will only if a female candidate gives a personal phone call. Completely unprofessional they will provide idiotic rule changes every month and will say it's live from last month and give warning emails stating you have breached company rules. On the whole it's an unprofessional set of people who call themselves professionals without any experience with the outside world.
