Growth is good salary is slow,work pressure is very high.folks in the client site are mocking of fresher's and demoralizes them which impacted on mental condition.no unity they maintain.manager never care about his employees in client location only money minded.work life is very bad.no improvement.

95% of projects are in BFSI domain, which offered a lot of learning experience.

Dislikes

Lot of negotiations required for annual salary appraisal. Too much of variable pay with very complex terms and conditions.

The Worst company who cheat and loot its own employee never refer any one to work there , if u resign then you have to pay huge amount they dont give you exp letter they ask you to show your new comp appointment letter never seen such a cheaters

Hi, As i started my career with Auditime Information System Ltd. I had a successful career.I learned a lot from my Co-operative Manager and Sr.Managers. I have worked on Exiting Projects and gained core Knowledge.I would Suggest that it will make careers for the Beginner. Thank You
