I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Can learn many things from this Company.

Dislikes

Partiality is there in this company. Sometimes have to work for 12 to 14 hours at a stretch without any Overtime or compensation. Will tell many things in the time of joining stating that you will mint money but at the end its none. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks do not want to guide or train the freshers.
