The work culture at Aubergine encourages learning every single day. There is a very good work-life balance and flexible work timings. The seniors are always in reach and willing to help. Aubergine has a culture of learning from teammates and this allows people to learn through osmosis. The company policies are reasonable and leaves are also pretty decent. The management is also done pretty well as there is an almost flat hierarchy.

Dislikes

The pay could be more, it’s still better than most agencies, but not at par with industry standards as when compared to start ups. More senior members on the team could be beneficial.

Currently, if you join as an in-office employee, there's a requirement to work for at least three years before switching to a remote or hybrid work mode. While this policy helps maintain consistency, reducing the duration could provide more flexibility for employees to adapt to changing personal or professional circumstances.

Over the past year, I've had an amazing experience that started with internship and turned into a full-time role. During the internship, I got to work on real-time products, which was a great hands-on learning experience. The company culture and team was incredibly supportive, and my manager has been a huge part of that. He's really understanding and flexible,always ready to support me whenever I need it. The company also encourages exploring new paths and learning opportunities, which has been a great motivator for my growth. My seniors were always there to guide me, and even as a fresher, I has the chance to work on the client projects and communicate directly with clients. This experience halped me grow both technically and in my communication skills. After finishing my internship, I was offered a full-time position. In this new role, I've taken on more responsibility and continue to learn and contribute to different projects. It's been a fantastic journey, and I'm exited for what's next!!

Dislikes

One con would be that the company offers fewer holidays. However, there is flexibility in work hours and a good work-life balance.

- Some time you are stuck in some project where you are working in a really small team or alone. So for that time you don't get to learn from peers. But that's not always, since you can ask in 1:1 and for mopst people project are changed as well upon requesting
