They didn't pay proper salaries, they ask for 10k, no pf, no growth, employees are not good enough, they didn't value person

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics, they need low paid work, they don't need engineers, they treated like watchman, they offer 10k, worst company, don't loss your confidence while joining

Nothing to like about atz properties Worst environment. Worst management. No appreciation for your good work they will only criticize and scold you for nothing

Dislikes

There's no professionalism in this company Manager will be barking all the day at you for nothing Everyone will use abusive language

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
