1. You can ask for good salary almost 3 times plus of your experience(upto 8 years) 2. Appraisal is also good totally depends on client feedback, if you are able to convince your client for good feedback then you can ask for 15-20% hike. 3. They can offer a package such that Your salary would be higher than client salary :) 4. HR will totally support you in case of your personal emergency.

1. Frequent update of employees handbook and that can turn policy which might impact you anytime. 2. Less or limited Projects and clients, it might increase if they will crack some new deals. 3. Worst attendance policy, in case you missed to mark your attendance then it will be LOP. 4. Totally client driven.

Great at start and when needed by client. Also HR was good but after time lots of clients politics where we stand in lowest of food chain.

...d of client urgency it was best but second urgency went away it was terrible. Bad system of dealing with any issues and the worst bonus system. Top management really needs to do less politics and involve good HR candidates with talents otherwise it creates harsh environment.

Pay is quite competitve if you are experience resource and not for freshers who earns peanuts. Medical Insurance tough the coverage is too limitited.

Remember its a HR driven organisation or vendor provider. HR policies are not transparent and keeps changing drastically. Hire and Fire policy and most of the Sr Leadership team are exited or been fired by the CEO. People were fired with immeditate effect in most of the cases when project were rammed. Also you wont be able to find the Client number or the Firm margin which is myth or kept limited. Limited client and growth oppurtunity. Hardly couple of client they support. Project mainly on support or migration driven which is not good for learning. Remember they dont have any permanent office. They are work from shared premises. Their existent is unknown. CEO is self centred and micro manager and his language during internal call is just unprofessional. CEO should most important fire few of the leadership role like the sales guy who is just a non sense guy with hardly any revenue or clients from him. CEO should avoid been a micro manager.

1. No job stability, since they pay you high the moment you are non billable you are at risk 2. They depend on employee feedback rather than direct client consultation. 3. They don’t have diversity , majorly dependent on once investment bank. 4. Lack of a long term growth strategy and professional development.
