Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

...u are scammed with all sorts of variable and allowance which are not payable . 5) Scam in salary break down for experience person too . your variable will be 60%+ of your entire CTC which you will not earn.. So for experienced people ask for the anexture of salary breakdown before joining the company. 6) No new technology training.. Just google by yourself and learn and implement 7) hire and fire for freshers 8) salary hike is joke 9) all tech support projects 10) 3 month notice period 11) micro management if you are a fresher 12) very poor gender ratio 13) no team building effort 14) no party , team outing , team lunch , annual day etc are hosted by the company. 16) No multi cultural environment.. All employee are from telangana or from andhra. And almost all of them are males 17) you will not be compensated with cash for your paid leaves which are not utilised when you resign. Don't join the company as i faced huge difficulties while switching to different company because of the use of outdated technology and no training for newer technological stack. On top it salary was like peanuts.
