Managers should be trained more on how t handle their team members. Everybody have their individually contributing targets including managers so they are unable to focus on people.

1. The company trust its employees and allows them to gain leadership and ownership for the project. 2. The work is culture is simply awesome with a lot of cool people. 3. The efforts and hard work is recognised with great rewards. 4. There is flexibility in working hours. Most of us follow the hybrid model of working(3 days office & 2 days Work from Home) 4. In my 5-6 months of journey in Attentive AI, I have learnt a lot in product management and hope to take many leadership roles ahead. With all these factors as mentioned above, I have fallen in love with my company.

There is nothing as such which I dislike about the company but yeah everything needs some improvement so we do.

Very humble owners and managers. Will listen to your problem and try to help as much as they can. Great in terms of Job security. Very eager to help and provide insights in useful and trending work related queries. Brings together people from all backgrounds and treats them same. Encourage you and provide support to grow in your area of interest. Any effort is much appreciated. Eager to accept feedbacks. Office starts at 10 am. Townhall session is much fun. Home like environment. No chance of discrimination, great transparency.

Dislikes

No cafetaria. Distance from metro. 9 working hours. No reason to leave the chair. Very tedious. Should be minor sub-intervals to promote socialising or some refreshing group activity. A training for chair excercise would be helpul.
