If u r preparing for gov job, this company is good because the job is just 9 to 6 and then u can do anything from ur spare time. Work life balance is excellant.

Salary is the worst. No growth in this job. Even if u complain to HR they can't/wouldn't do anything.

Top level of this organization is good but where as compared with other level of people behavior is bad and growth level in the organization is very less. Good infrastructure as compared with other MNCs.

Job security is the biggest advantage here in this company. The company provides medical insurance and also helps the employees in claiming the amount if needed.

Dislikes

Ohh there are many things. The company restricts itslef adopting new technology. It donot run any new technology learning programmes. If an employee wants to learn, he has to arrange by himself. The company is in the attitude of saving even a single penny. NO facilities and NO employee benifted thinking. Sometimes financially growth rate seems to low than the work pressure growth rate.
