No commitment execution :- like if they commit that you will be confirmed for your role after 6 month they will never do that , no increment , no growth . No support. Poor management. One of the worst part partiality by the management.

Good for fresher and less work pressure than other domestic BPO and there are other benefit also like diwali bonus and pf deduction and leaves

Dislikes

Don't understand employees problem and dont give respect to old employees. Buttering works here more than skill and hard work.

I likes the week off structure i.e, 2 days a week which provides me a good work life balance and most important money benifit get on time for which an employee generally works .

There are no such dislikes about the company.

ATS is my first Love so you know guys. For Freshers i would say it's heaven go learn develop your skills and if you are looking for growth or change in some years you will definitely remember those days spent here

Shift hours that every company has norms hopefully we can improve in near future

Some senior is very supportive not only for work even they have help to our personal life...

Dislikes

Some senior are not supporting ( HR, operations manager, or quality team leader).... Break not given proper it's for name only ....
