There are many positives and i am going to start with the company's employee-friendly approach. They realize our concerns and problems. Offers timely assistance and seniors put in additional efforts to make juniors feel comfortable. There are upskilling opportunities to acquire new skills during weekly training sessions.

There is work balance in ATS Infrastructure and the policies of the company are good, the staff gets growth.

Dislikes

When you use your own vehicle for the company, you get very less local transport and you have to pay mobile expenses own.

No wonder you need to check reviews here as i already did the same. The company proved slightly better when i experienced the same with my own. There are opportunities to grow and upskill you talent. You get room to nurture yourself, Learn from others and implement things to generate better outcomes

Occasional delays in salary but ultimately they frequently put in regular efforts to work on resolving all issues.

Till December 2023. I like only one thing which is 05 days working. But from January2024 onwards it's 06 days working.

Salary delay up to 03 to 04 months. Less job security. Terrible poltics. Management treat employees like a slave.

Job Security no one will going to terminate you.

Dislikes

...hetic. HR has no power to take any decision. Political environment. No support. Salary, conveyance delay Upto 6 months. You will work for the company but salary you will get from lander. No one have right answer if you ask for you own salary. Don't think about incentives, pending from 2021.
