Salary due for Six month. They do not have ppe for safety personal how they will provide to worker. Everyone is worried about salary only .. No one want want to work.. Only they are working as there 6 month salary is due.

Good to work but salary delay, pf not deposited for past 2 years, no promotion no increament

Don't take civil engineering, no job safety, no salary increament, no promotion, no PF deposit but deducted from salary

Nice company for work, learn and use your skills. If you have done one project handover of ATS, then your confidence level will be high. You can learn lot of things apart civil engineering, like plumbing and electrical.

Dislikes

Company do not want to share his profits with employees. Like bonus and compensation.

There is work balance in ATS Infrastructure and the policies of the company are good, the staff gets growth.

Dislikes

When you use your own vehicle for the company, you get very less local transport and you have to pay mobile expenses own.

There are many positives and i am going to start with the company's employee-friendly approach. They realize our concerns and problems. Offers timely assistance and seniors put in additional efforts to make juniors feel comfortable. There are upskilling opportunities to acquire new skills during weekly training sessions.
