The company is good, I love the fact that I am part of the team, Plus point is that my colleagues are good and worked happily. Also I would like to say employee re hire policy is here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is high, I have to work 10-12 hours a day. even worked on holiday's also.

I appreciate ATRIA that they provide stay inside the campus if you request so, but the authorities are not professional there and for any issues you will not be able to receive response to your email until unless you tag higher authorities and that to going in person and asking for reply. HR delays in every query or request you put up to him, HoDs are bossy and partial.

Dislikes

There is no chance to grow in research and so many incentives will be promised while joining but forget about it when you join. Whatever you do, never be counted. HR delays to respond your query and HoDs are too bossy and partial.

The work culture is mainly governed by the seniors and the institute does not provide any research facilities though they expect high impact research outcomes.

Dislikes

Salary and other facilities are not based on the candidate profile, it is mainly based on the foreign degree and other burgeonings.
