Compensation and benefit is very poor..salary hike is not based upon work based in financial year and management are very rude as most employees left company because of senior management not because company policy.

Likes

Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow. For me everything clicked and had grown within the organization. The work life balance is great! Old employees are treated well within the organization.

Dislikes

...of the company has caused many major customers to exit and reduces job security. - The salary growth is typically as in every other IT service company.

Work is good. But don't expect salary high or work life balance

Management. If you are in good books on managers you are very good. If you argue even if you are logical.it doesn't matter, when you argue, you are in bad book, no matter how much you worked.

...d outlook towards internal and external interactions. Employee centric policies. Compensation, bonus structure, leave Policy. WFH policy.

After the takeover of Syntel, Atos fate was doomed, the biggest blunder Atos management did was to retain the Syntel leadership team which itself was the reason for its own sellout due to performance and it's internal political and cultural setup which impeded it's growth for many years and finally claimed it's victim in Atos.

Atos is good company with above average ( nice) work culture , people generally have quite good work life balance and salary here. Appraisals are not much as compared to other MNC 's but the job security is good here . Learning and skill development is also nice as there are lot of courses offered each month by L and D Department of atos .

Dislikes

Lesser appraisals , lower team spirit while working , no much extra curricular activities or picnics and outings.
