...they will put us support project and manager/team lead no buddy will help you. salary is also less or normal. For fresher this is not good option.(If...Beggars can't be choosers then go-ahead)

It depends on the team for which you are hired for actually , considering my team it's good to be a part of such team. I get to learn a lot , and if you ask me about Atos . Work life balance is good , office is too good , culture is quite desent

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology depends on project, I love the fact and I was a part of a team high quality product and global client base. Mine was a Dubai based client and another plus point was that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high , sometimes, I have to work 15-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening, I do receive appreciation emails from client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal

Not good to start career as a developer in Atos India. Better start work as experienced employee.

No career growth, less project frequency, no salary increment. If you start work with low salary then it become trouble, as they always keep that employee under the standard salary slab never make it parallel.

Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow. For me everything clicked and had grown within the organization. The work life balance is great! Old employees are treated well within the organization.

...of the company has caused many major customers to exit and reduces job security. - The salary growth is typically as in every other IT service company.
