No Appraisals , annual hike only 3%. Totally Manager's dominated approach for employee on their benefits & appraisals, with higher level of cost cutting at each facility. Nothing as per HR Policy, all rules amended as per Manager & HR. Not good for long term service as low hikes & no future.

Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow.
