As most will agree, many factors depend on the project and managers. My Lead and Manager are great people, we have little freedom when it comes to working hours as long as we are responsible and complete tasks before deadline. The support for personal/career development is great from my both of them.

Dislikes

The HR dept. The Pay. It's not upto market standards. It all depends on how much important you are to the team. Even have to beg for 30% of the hike in which you deserve. There are more chances of replacing than retaining people.

The team is good and working for women is very comfortable in this company. Work satisfaction. You will learn a lot while working in this company

Not much benefits Salary hike is very less For an operation role you may need to work when ever issue comes. So more or odd working hours sometimes. No permanent wfh, but based on GCM level you will get 1/2 days flexible wfh in every week.

It's good if you don’t have any other opportunities good start for ur career but don’t stay longer as company won't give u anything for me it was bad experience because of my bad surrounding they don't like me without any reason I'm writing this after putting paper within 5 month .

Work culture is good. Atos as an organisation is excellent. But unfortunately, can't say the same for the teams at micro level here in our team atleast.

... under disgusting manager who unfortunately happens to be our team lead as well. Everything about the work and pay was horrible it cannot be worse. There is micro management, work overload, bitching, politics, demand to work outside working hours with no extra pay. Have to login at wee hours in the morning after working till 12:30 AM and have to log back in at 2:30PM. No work-life balance, we don't get holidays for Indian holidays. My pay is pathetic it cannot be worse. I hate working here because of it. I have all of these bad experiences because of poor management/ manager. But otherwise Atos as a company is decent, my colleagues from other teams under different management form same company have great testimonies.
