It's a very good company and with the good people and each and every one are very supportive about work and the management was very nice,we are flexible with our working hours

The main dislike was salary was not as per the work it's very lower and also the hikes process was also quite bad as per my knowledge

...they will put us support project and manager/team lead no buddy will help you. salary is also less or normal. For fresher this is not good option.(If...Beggars can't be choosers then go-ahead)

Salary will be credited on time. And the office surrounding with greenery.

Manager and even a skip level above have no ethics. They will call to work you even if you are on deathbed. Joining straight after college was career suicide.

I will tell the job seekers as a fresher or experienced, never thought to join this company. Worst management, No Hike, and Never suppose that you have done some good work for this company or on the project. Here Rating system depends on the shoe licker Manager and Team Lead.

Dislikes

Salary lesser than Vegetable Man earning. In 5 years even not a single team lunch, or dinner.

Company Culture and job security was good but after Syntel merger. Company is in very bad management.

...very high with Indian clients. If you got Europeans client then it is very good. Growth and compensation is very poor.
