It was good to work the that company but salary was not enough to make in to the little bit high and I liked your MD Riyas sir He the good person he will treat like your children. Zabier sir is one the most perfect person like brother I will tell Tamabaras sir he is like bull dog

Atos is very good in training new joiners, they are providing more training for self development as well. New joiners feel very good in Atos.

Dislikes

Most dislike is the salary structure is very worst, you did not get pay according to your knowledge and experience. It's very bad for those who work here from E0 level even they get promoted till any high level if you compare salary with other people with same level it's just nothing. And Atos paying more salary to experience person when the higher from other company but they did not ever to their best experience person which is already there and deserving for this

Dislikes

Top management in India is full of useless and incapable peoples who are lacking managerial skills.. Obviously they might be a good staff but not a manager.

Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow. For me everything clicked and had grown within the organization. The work life balance is great! Old employees are treated well within the organization.

...of the company has caused many major customers to exit and reduces job security. - The salary growth is typically as in every other IT service company.

Dislikes

No salary hike and even though you are deserve for promotion they promote those who's tenure is completed. The promotion should be based on performance rather than tenure of individual.
