Working environment is good, not much pressure and flexible office timings. All the basic amenities available. Medical, Life and Accidental Insurance provided to all employees.

A decent company with slow and steady progress.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. But growth factor is slow. I felt like stagnant at some point which intensely made me to leave the company. not a better place for entry level position, but definitely the company is making money. can be better if focused on employee welfare rather than profits. In other terms, a pure profit driven company.

Compensation and benefit is very poor..salary hike is not based upon work based in financial year and management are very rude as most employees left company because of senior management not because company policy.

Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow. For me everything clicked and had grown within the organization. The work life balance is great! Old employees are treated well within the organization.
