Their tech stack is old but they got a lot of clients so a lot to learn. Team is supporting and environment is friendly. Some new hire in management might make it like a call center. (Which might not be good) Hoping everything will be fine.

...T company. Only 4 leaves in one quarter that means only 16 leaves in whole year. Salary gets delayed couple days sometimes.

People are really good over there and work from home is available.

HR team doesn't know much about their policies, salary credit is on 1st of every month and company doesn't credit it before hand if it's a Saturday or Sunday, work pressure is extremely high, higher management is really bad, 4 leave are credited every quarter of the year,

The leadership team, particularly Arun Sir and Ajay Sir with whom i worked very closely has been cornerstone of my growth they have consistently provided invaluable mentorship and guidance at every stage . throughout my time , i have been fortunate to work on a variety of challenging and impactful projects. one of the standout aspects of Atomic north is its company culture,the emphasis on work-life balance with flexible hours and a supportive environment that nurtures both personal and professional growth . the team dynamics are exceptional , fostering a sense of camaraderie and collaboration across all the department . My 10 years with Atomic North have been great mix of professional growth , fulfilling challenges and personal satisfaction , last but not the least if you are looking for a company that invests in its people and nurtures long term career , Atomic north is great place to be.
