Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

the salary was on time. That's it.

Dislikes

Work culture is very poor. The owner of the company is very partial and the majority his employees are uneducated brutes. Even there is one person who is a characterless he tries to make relationship with different females working in the organisation. The employer knows that and supports him.

Colleagues were very co-operative, specially the owner was very very cooperative person always helpful to all the employees. Working atmosphere was also good. Everyone was social and always want to keep relationship.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Man power was greater than job. No one want to disburse his/her job to otters. Shortage of job could affect the hard working employees.
