...,So for some of us,we were focus on jos not for too much money, but Learn more, salary were very poor, No good salary,some of us were on job,because we wanted to Learn more,To travel company were responsible in and around Liberia,Company workers does not put their mouth in politics,learning is conducive, because know training, the experience you bring from outside and on job you learn,so the environment were not really good,so there was know good innovations,work - life balance was not satisfactory,I was serious to work because I wanted to learn more, more job experience,

No good training program, career growth depends on the workers own focus on the job, No good salary, No good working environments, Know good innovation,the work-life balance was very poor,one of the things that I dislike is corruption, stealing, lying, and disrespect, dishonesty,

its a developing company with a poor organization culture. the working environment is terrible.

Dislikes

poor accommodation for staff, employee welfare is bad. career growth is totally nil for who already have 3-4 years experience. overall Oman is poor in construction skill and bigger developments.
