Few Manager in top level hiring with their contact making themselves safezone which leads to untrusted environment in junior levels.salaries to be increased on junior levels also. As they are really working hard .need some visionary and knowledgeable sr manager who can properly lead and be mentor to teams.

Despite the challenges reflected in the overall rating, my experience at the company has been quite mixed. The management is open to feedback, and I’ve noticed efforts to improve both the work environment and processes. The team is supportive, and there’s a real sense of collaboration. While there’s room for growth, I believe the company is on the right path and has the potential to create a stronger, more fulfilling work experience for its employees.
