No promotion, no salary hikes. Environment was good, taken under control when Cherry was leading the infra architecture. Since Anjali has taken over its bad, very very bad. Every month u see a person resigning and all because of her attitude. She treats ppl like shit. And her ASSISTANT SURESH Kumar just does what she tells even if its wrong. Employees integrity is questioned constantly and we feel why did we even prioritize work over life if we had to be treated like this. If these two so called seniors are removed from organization the company will retain a lot of honest employees

For engineering employees the workplace is good, however cannot say the same when it comes to HR operations

Great place to learn. Exponential growth in learning. Management is supportive. Nice work environment.

Salary is very low when compared to other competitor. Work life balance is somewhat on the negative side

Work work work - and no pay to juniors -> seniors eat the cream. All parties and plain tickets of senior management come from juniors hard and sweat. No family life - you will forget your family members too plus I have observed that 2 of my line manager had the child issue due to stress of work.

Dislikes

No appreciation or bonus to juniors - just work . There is no starting and ending time- cycle goes on and on.
