Payslips: sorry aticara doesn't entertain such documents no matter if it's a matter of eno career, work done ? Who are you, I don't know , do whatever you want ,,, aticara doesn't care. Form 16 : LOL (beacause aticara doesn't pay tax at all ) Every 5-6 months shifts office location PLEASE JOIN ATICARA ONLY IF YOU WANT TO SPOIL YOUR CAREER

(6) Have not worked on weekends during my entire tenure here (7) Have received appraisal every year

Nothing as such. Would recommend offsite team building activitites and outing atleast couple of time a year.

Work Flexibility Option to work from home from anywhere in India Work life balance. Opportunity to work with top class customers like Vodafone, TMobile, Amazon, Intel.

Lack of team interaction and work from home since last 4 years. Have not seen my team members in persons for the last 2 years

I have been working in Aticara Technologies since 2017. I got an opportunity to work on BigData, IoT, DPDK. They produce high throughput network simulators and have global clients. Work is flexible, no strict rules. Can work from home full time once you have gained the confidence of your Manager. Office is in central location and Metro station is 2 mins walk from the office.

Dislikes

They recruit a lot of fresher/ rookies who waste a lot of time of the seniors as we end up training them. This I feel is a little bit counter productive for the the senior engineers.

Likes

Get to learn new technologies, global clients, flexible work hours, work from home option.

Dislikes

I am working in this company from Nov, 2015. So I have no complaints, they always appreciate good work and provide sufficient time for non performers to improve. I started here soon after Post graduation though had offer from TCS and Accenture. I have got appraisal even during Covid, though there was lay off of non performers.
