...onments and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't Address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 5 years before which you cannot resign. On the job TRAINING is not given to new joiners.

This company can not stay long time & this company salary timing is not fixed date,but work culture is very good,company employ is very supportive this company trening centre is very good because of starting salary is very attractive but job security can not secure.

I worked there 2 years,there are so many things to learn.job security is little good,and work culture is good.Bt the management is not cetisfied and the policies will be bad.

There is a lot to see here bt it's management is not right.First of all about salary,then promotion as well as bonus does not take any name.

Work pressure is high and growth is slow. I have to work 8hrs straight in a day and increments not given from 2years,most of the employees are leaving for that.
