Salaries are not paid on time, the work culture is toxic, and there are mandatory shifts of 10 hours that can extend to 12 hours. Feedback is vague, there is a tendency to overwork, and there is a constant fear of job loss. Even after resigning, they will take over 60 days to settle your final payment (which is stated as 45 days in their offer letter) despite your having emailed them multiple times. Think carefully before you join.

The company works in latest technology and employees are choosing their technology, which motivates them. The team being small, we get lot of hands-on and knowledge.

Dislikes

Sometimes I feel 6 days working is more for most of the employees which becomes hectic and hampers the work-life balance.

My experience was very bad lot of pressure No leave 16 hours work per day no one is professional nothing is good in this company i have worked six months in this company
