I was very impressed when I saw their reviews on Google about their work and how they are helping people with depression,drug addiction, alcoholism and other mental health related problems.

...s being interviewed for Sr.Counsellor some 12 days back.Everything went as good.They even offered me the salary I was expecting.So,I qualified both the phone interviews and then they told me to come down for F2F interaction by dropping a mail.After I got a mail regarding the F2F interaction,I got another mail mention your F2F interview being cancelled.They told me they will inform me about the same in 2-3 days.So,I waited for 5-6,they was no communication.I called both the persons who took my phone interview,they didn't even pick up the call nor did they responded to my texts.After 1 week,I again texted them about the status of my application in a very strict way.One of them responded by saying that he is admitted to hospital and other person said we have kept this profile on hold. After few days,the recruiter told me to call back,when I called he said, actually there is a budget constraint,we cannot go higher than 35k/month which was the half of what I was expecting and which they committed.He said,we have selected the candidate who were expecting maximum 35k.I was like OKAYY😡. This was my experience dealing with them.Might be the are doing best in the market,but all I can see is that,they are unprofessional when it comes to hiring.They don't have a proper administration and they are someone who got lost in forest.They made me to miss few opportunities I got in these 10 days.They are not people whom you can reply.They can only waste your time,energy and capabilities.

Honestly there's nothing to like about this company, given my heart, soul, health, personal time as well to this company. But in return what i got was problems only

Dislikes

Poor management, HR doesn't care for employees, being a Human resource they don't have basic humanity. And management is very good at making false promises.
