Very much bad company in terms of job security and rcm knowledge

So much politics is played by upper management there. They always threaten to fire employees without any genuine reason. Job environment is very toxic. Noone is helping here. Anuj Bhatia and pratibha Verma are from upper management and they know even R of RCM background as they are from Zomato so they are like running the company on terms of 0 knowledge with no cooperation to employees. They just know that refiling claims is meant to get money in company which is very strange.

I have joined this company recently then I got some situation where my father got hospitalized around 20 days and he was in ICU and this company hr calling me again again to join fast and one day my father got expired I informed hr about condition then hr took stand and they got fired me they didn't understand employee situation so we would understand company responsibility and our responsibility towards the company so just I want to say this company is not good there are finding them who will work as per company condition and if you got any situation where you have to choose one side so they will force you to join otherwise they will deactivate your account so my request please do not join this company this is the worst company I have ever seen in my life

Bakwaas company RCM is running by Zomato Dhaba leadership.. Bacha hua business bhi thapp Karwa dia aur employees ka lay off kar dia Bina koi reason ke. Please never join this organization. Ye sare unprofessional and unethical log hai yaha.

Work culture is cool,which is negligible in other company, working under pressure learns new thing,but working without pressure is more enhancing towards growth and self learning skill.i m completely satisfied with this new work culture.

I would like to continue if I get a chance to grow up with my skill and experience, people come and go, but if someone wants to grow up under company liability and responsibility, organisations sould support and and give opportunities to get the bestower results.
