It's good for freshers,which has been getting good knowledge for basic work details .I also have learned more work ideas like,how to manage manpower,how deals with customers complain,Check quality of core,How to setup core machine, behaviour with seniors ,juniors & management.

I must say that l like the ATHRVA FOUNDRIES Ltd. Only I say that "Every thing is beginning" and my career start with this company,and i must say that"Everyone getting new opportunity,so I want to get new opportunity.Thanks

It's good place for freshers Engineers , for training learning and skilll development and to collect good experience in foundary from manufacturing basics material flow process and quality and design and development and maintenance and safety etc...

Dislikes

Here working shift is 12 hours from 8am to 8pm in both shift day and night. And sallary is not satisfactory... And company has no policy to help or provide sallary during Covid situation or due to work not join due to health issues... Etc

I was a freshar,I had got opportunity to work, the people of the company were good. I had got opportunity to learn technical and non technical skills.I got opportunity to handle over production and handled in a good way to maximize the production. The company's policy is very bad, the management does not think even a little about the company's employees or the workers working for company. And working culture is very very bad and poor. No any system.

Dislikes

12 hours working continuously in the company, only lunch break is available for 30 mins.Seniors and Planthead also uses abusive language to company workers and employees on small mistake, There is no any leave policy on company and no any rule followed in company culture.

Likes

During going to the plant environment is very good natural beauty but not in plant. Worst environment in plant. You have to work hard and lean more. Good learning opportunity.

Dislikes

There is 12 hours working. Engineering are working like lebour. Even there is no good nutrition food pathetic. Very difficult to manage personal and professional things. Lot of illiterate person is there they don't know how to talk how to behave how to manage with engineer. No training program for self development.

Likes

I am happy with this job... because I want to learn something new anytime. At this time I am the post of quality supervisor and I love to give training of my operators and helpers. I am able to complete the task that given by my boss.

Dislikes

I love my company and work both but I can't manage my work life balance because of 12 hours work. Otherwise there is no reason for dislike anything of my company and work.
