High Attrition Rate They pay very much low in terms of Salary Salary is never credited on time. Only after 10th of Every Month People Join and Resign like within 2 -3 months, so it becomes difficult to get a hold of who is running which Dept.

Likes

The Infrastructure if the Organization is very Nice. The Management is to access . And overall good working environment, with all the employees are well educated and disciplined.

Some times work load may be high as it is a college there are events going on

Good for freshers, Good if you prepared for gavarment exam and any other certifications

No skill development. Exam and administration and Admission work. BJP events arrange by owner because owner have MLA Borivali Compalsary going to election campaign and bjp events.

Management exactly don't know about their employees, I want say that suppose some employees working as honestly from numbers of years in institute level but as compared to others and that person getting punishment who is honestly working from number of years and now till he is suffering for job from last 2years and 6 months. Exactly I want say that they don't know difference between about honesty and etc.
