I have only dislikes to share .Upper manage ment basically the owners like to micro manage every task that youre doing .They dont understand what work could take how much time.If youre fresher dont expect any training they put you to work from day 1 and treat you like you were born for this.They dont provide any pay slips and treat employees who left the company as there biggest enemies.There is never a gurantee that youll be provided with any proof of employment when you leave the company,atleast during my time i saw none of the people who did got it ..couple of them even had more than 2 years of experience.One more thing working was similar to doing slave work because it became rarer and rarer to leave after 9 hours of work which is the policy.we would sit in the office sometimes till 12. Till 10 or 11 was pretty common

There is no sense of security in discussing any technical or personal matters. There are few bucketeers who stay close to management and take credits of other hardwork. There is no proper training given to freshers but the axe of targets starts from day one. There are literally no projects and no vision what to do and simply wasting employee's time. I have been forced to change 4 technologies in a very short time.

Dislikes

...ou don't want to switch your technology.Anyone who takes a leave is their enemy.No proper salaries nor salary slips are given. If you ask for payslip management says are you trying outside... Next day you are shifted to different team and start delivering 200% more than your team leader.

I didn't learn any thing from technical and no support for that ,but learnt how to deal with corporates .

Dislikes

Company is not good for working if you want to work here you need to devote your entire 24hrs/7 to company and there is no growth in all aspects like worklife balance ,No learning ,No salary hike ,on top of that having agreement of 3 years to service .
