It's a total BANIA company. Only concern about money and profit. No infrastructure in engineering not latest software but want engineers to do latest cutting edge engineering. Company has no THINK TANKS of engineering background, but has full of CA & Accountant. They don't trust their employees. For going to tour, company doesn't provide conveyance. They expect to arrange by yourself and spend your own pocket money. Company will reimburse the money at their convince which has no fixed timeline. Tour expenses eligibility is very low than market rate. Senior GM Projects is very much disgusting. Doesn't have proper technical knowledge, he is just BANIA, close kiln (rishtedar)of higher management. Just holding a higher position due to rishtedari with VISHAL VITLANI, otherwise Senior GM Projects doesn't have the basic knowledge of how to handle project. If you work with him, either you will forget engineering or you will be feel disgusted. Lastly VICE President Projects has no value of his words. He is a total BLAFFBAAZ

1. Company has no commitment of it words. 2. You have to do 200 days non stop duty of you want get confirmation of permanent employee. (200 days of probation period) 3. HR don't clearly tell all company policies. They hide things with new employee which is their weakness. 4. Company has no COMP-OFF policy of leave. You have to do site duty by sacrificing your leave. GM Projects & VP Projects doesn't have the guts to talk to management to change or look over for the Project department people. They are only concern about their position & money. 5. Company has declared 10 projects in GO-LIVE condition but project department has no sufficient manpower to do ENGINEERING AND SITE work. 6. No proper sitting arrangement at Kolkata office for engineering department, given no drawers & lockers. 7. All types of restrictions are imposed on Engineering department. 8. Overall it's a SHOP TYPE of company. Suggestion: Please don't join such company.

Job profile was quite interesting, learned so many things which can help to develop professional as well as personal skills to grow in life, company policies are good

Work life is ok with previous management team but new company management team not supported during pandemic time.

It was a good organization. In the resource team everyone was helpful including the General Manager.

Dislikes

The entire HR set up is nothing but terrible and full of worthless people. One senior Geologist is there in the resource department who is very very harmful in narure. So one piece of advice for the professionals who want to join in this organization, be aware of Mr.Atanu Bandopadhay, he can do anything to make yourself unstable in the company and to.save his own skin.

Nice company office at great location, over all great experience working with Artha group. I really enjoyed my Very very small tenure.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike Artha group, but I think I have to say that they should start PF.
