they recruit exceptional candidates with diverse subjects that gives a good atmosphere

...t funds from investors... They lure candidates by offering attractive salaries.. But they dont pay employees on time.. they keep an outstanding of at least 3 to 6 Months salary of every employee and if he resign he never get his outstanding back.. they deduct EPF, TDS and Gratuity but never credit the same to neither employee nor to pf or income tax department. They exploit their employees every possible way by acting like they care them so much.. but once they resign because of non payments, they just throw them out and dont respect and respond. Their only focus is to fill their pockets by cheating investors and Employees.. they tell every lie to pocket money from investors.. the company follows no SOP, No proper finance management procedures and has no proper structure..

Some things are not properly designed. I don't think it will get minus for company.

You can interact freely with people across all the divisions. Most of them are efficient.

Dislikes

Communication gap! No proper plan of action ! No systematic approach being followed and lack of seriousness on every section! Least bother about employees problem-solving! No dedicated rule book to run an organization.
