6.5 hrs duty timing and fixed week offs.

...Some employees worked efficiently in the company from last 6yrs in same profile. Salary growth during promotion too poor. I worked there for 1.5yrs with no salary incriment. Higher authority gave false promise about salary incriment day by day.

It was my first job, I was very weak in English and I believe because of Atcis technology I've improved my communication... I had no other thing in my mind, so I enjoyed working there for almost a year. I've seen people who all working there was very talented. But most of them come here for temporarily.
