Not a good culture after merging viom to ATC,only politics in this company is goods but not a Good work environment and culture. management is not a transparent.Company policies are good but there environment not a satisfied on BH-JH,

No Support from Management No infra Corrections No one care about Ground Reality Without giving any support, Management expect best Results from Ground Team No Job Satisfaction No Job Security Here Cluster Engineer is a Just Rubber Ball. No Rights & No Options Technicians also very lazy, not Skilled. Full burden on Cluster Engineer. work 24*7 , Have to work in Very Hot(Summer Midday Time also), in Heavy Rain also..

I worked in the legal department where the National Head was acting like a Principal in Law College . He was highly arrogant and biased .

In my opinion the Atc is the best solar Telecom infra company in India. The team management of our company is remarkable and supporting.The best part of my colleagues are very professional supporting. They helped me any situation like my family.
