... bad experience with ATA Freight . There is no any job security in this company. Will not get any type of compensation and benifits. Working hours is 9 hrs but employees worked almost 12 hours. Still not get any overtime , that means no work satisfaction in this company. Have Very bad experience. Company don't have value of employees. Company policy is third class.

Manager is chamcha of Hr .. Hr is getting into employees personal life that what is going on needs every prove that I had a dog bite submitted report of a govt hospital but hr said that did someone force you to do so I hope everyone understand what I mean to say they needs every personal details of a employee which is beyond office policy .. Don't join this company or else you will destroy your carrier due to politics going in office !!

Politics, it’s really bad. Joining here you will ruin your career .Work culture is extremely poor. They hire and fire employees. Even it doesn’t matter how many years you gave the company, they ask people to leave immediately. Not courteous at all. During my tenure here I have seen employees in tears. Another challenge is many of the employees including certain top managers have very poor industry knowledge. It will be a big demotivation if you end up working under such people. If you’re performing good and stand for good or truth , they will hardly entertain you. When they can’t blame you on your work, they will try challenging your self respect.
