I never seen this type of worst management people, staff & low salary, company rules. Job designation depends on cast / religion base, more partiality. Very bad work atmosphere.

Salary, teammates, training everything ok.No Job security. Work life balance you can't manage hear.

There is one HR. Waste fellow. Rules not for all. President rules going on. HR follows president rules like buffalo.

The people are so lacking in basic engineering principles that you feel invincible amongst the crowd. Engineering has just become a degree these days.

* Low salary * Filled with micromanagers * Local management and mindset * Non technical top management (Recipe for disaster) * Non existent work life balance * People who work are burdened and yelled at. People who do nothing are put up on a pedestal.

Manager is not supportive and internal politics is more. Less chance to grow up for new ideas as manager is doing partiality with team mates. Even not capable peoples may get promoted easily if manager likes them.
