I never seen this type of worst management people, staff & low salary, company rules. Job designation depends on cast / religion base, more partiality. Very bad work atmosphere.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The Work pressure is very High. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, Which is why have to back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go un noticed during my mid year appraisals.Also, there is no - on job training for freshers, hence senior folkslike me haveto guidethem step-by- step,which is pain sometimes.

The people are so lacking in basic engineering principles that you feel invincible amongst the crowd. Engineering has just become a degree these days.

Dislikes

* Low salary * Filled with micromanagers * Local management and mindset * Non technical top management (Recipe for disaster) * Non existent work life balance * People who work are burdened and yelled at. People who do nothing are put up on a pedestal.

Manager is not supportive and internal politics is more. Less chance to grow up for new ideas as manager is doing partiality with team mates. Even not capable peoples may get promoted easily if manager likes them.
