I really like the atmosphere of working and learning in ASVA. The great thing of this company is, if you are just interested to learn and serious Then all superiors and the teams are supporting you with the All best offer, and I personally feel much improvement just after some time. With the knowledge and the experience, I feel The company is the best in all the manners and practically, including me, we all are learning here quite. They give the value of time, efforts, respect, and challenging atmosphere. This company owner, and the superiors are quite supportive to all their subordinates!

Dislikes

Nothing is here about dislike, but yes, if any candidate here are lazy, egoistic, not serious & casual, then there is no space for him because this kind of poor candidates spoil all the company atmosphere and on other team members too by their bad attitudes & casual working .

The company is worse; nothing is satisfactory. I have been working for 45 days and can't find a single thing that I like.

Most disappointed & irritative person. According to company policy, the workday ends at 6:30 PM. However, junior employees are often delayed for 30 to 45 minutes by senior employees for unproductive tasks & without valid reasons. This practice needs to be addressed. Even they never prevent on written things which is mentioned in offer letter like medical or causal leaves which they offered at the time of joining.
