I have been working in this company for couple of years. As a personal suggestion its a perfect place to build culture among the team and develop your skills. They never said their employees as a Family, instead they prove at every aspect. They don't have any specific Office time, its completely left to the employees. Your handwork will be always monitored.

Dislikes

Office Location and Interiors. Parking is a Major Drawback! I hope this is no where related to Companies performance but just a negative point on a new comers point of view.

1. Friendly Management and Colleague - Management members and Colleagues are kind and friendly. We could share lot of things respect to both work experience and personal life experiences. 2. Concern about health and fitness - Management concern about members health. They encourage us to do exercise like jog/walk/yoga etc. Member who did it well consistently and will be rewarded every month. 3. Place to learn peacefully - Management allows and encourage to learn more and provide us the sufficient time. 4. Senior Members - Management and Colleagues are having high level of hands on experience in their domain.

I really like the management the way they trust their employees provide chance and guidance to grow professionally and they do understand that humans do need work life balance, They dont do any micro-mqnagement, you have to deliver your deliverables as per the agreed timelines thats all.
