It was very nice exeprience. I have spend there more than 3 year and i got very nice opportunity in kotak mahindra bank. There is wonderfull nature n peoples who is understand proper way of work.

Dislikes

In astute growth is very slow and salary is very low. The work pressure is very high. Clients call burden is also high. Seniors do not value of employess work. There is no any employee satisfaction.

This company are good for freshers , any beginner interested for corporate service this company good this company culture are good and friendly for job any doubt for doing job role they support give and improve your skills.

...cific policy for business development, HR and etc. Some managers see only money. Here average salary range Is very less, it is below than range of labor.

We are working out 10 to 11 hours but senior not appreciated AUR work and one minute let employee salary deduction... No off any festival and company not give as bonus and no gift diwali... Astute is worst company in the world...

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joined

... person he is very strict at office works but also he is friendly at other time. Salary is good. Overall I miss that golden days in my office.

We cannot take more leaves due to work if we absent one day more work will be in pending and many cals from higher authority. No festivals.
