being a part of Astrotech was a good experience. Being my first job i was able to learn a lot and the environment was also good enough that it could teach me a lot. the management being the good listener, it has always helped its employees to work in every environment and in the matter of job security it was a good deal.

the compensation is poor and the appraisal. preference to the hierarchy.

If you need your learning kindly choose another company work life. And job no more secure

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary decent but career growth is slow. And they don't know what is 5 'S' so before kindly check your insurance.

I like my team. They are my support in each and every situation

Environment is too noisy and dusty. Health problem like skin allergies. No improvement in carrier. My friend was working more than 10years from starting still now he was on the same position.
