The salary appraisal should be every 6 months, only get to learn project specific understand and knowledge, knowledge base outside the project should be there too.

Seniors and others are very supportive. Time to time they provide training to learn and explore more. There is a lot of skills and things that I learn here and add on in my experience

It depends on your project and luck if you get good project then it is good company to work in. But if you get bad project/outsourced (like me who was outsourced) then you hardly have option to leave that project. Management will say to compromise and they hardly do anything

Astrea IT Services is very close to number one CRM cloud Salesforce. I got internship traning from here in 2 months and learn to many things. The enviroment in company is very good all employees are live and work together. So it was nice time to me.

Actually I'm only get 6 week training from there. So in 6 weeks there is no necessary things be happend. But due to politics sometimes outsiders can't get job.
