While the company is doing extremely good the compensation policy is not as good or comparable to the market. The company mainly for new comers is a great learning platform with a lot of focus on Learning and Development. All organisation has a problem. In here growing in career takes time as no of departments are less. And hiigher archy is very simple structured. Also products are less. And man power is comparitively less. And sometimes when we are not upto company needs some maybe given time to leave organization. Still they are given opportunity to develop themselves . Thats a good part of Az policy. Overall Astrazeneca is one of the best organization to work for. I have spent many years in here.
