The reporting authority always tried to think from the perspective of the employee; bosses never nagged, treated with respect and took care of all requirements.

No Promotions, very much politics. If you know higher management people then your growth will be more like Salary, promotions, on-site etc. otherwise very poor growth. Very Bad Management nowadays.

Great for freshers with respect to high salary. Good for getting settled in late carrer for retirement. Nice one for building your mid carrer with opportunities internally available.

Dislikes

Takes more time for promotion sometime 2-3 or even beyond.
