The previous management.

Dislikes

The current management team especially in quality and facility head has no pharma expertise and are very rude. Playing politics to replace older team, sponsoring to compromise on product quality and having no sense of responsibility.

Not good experience even felt like jail while working , staff in non supportive, mental harresment.
