There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Wonderful experience with this organization. I started to working here almost 2 years now. Highly professional management. Seniors are very supportive. Each and every year company developed new innovative products. Work life balance one of the key advantages of working this organization. Negative aspects only regarding salary. Learning and development, leave policy everything is so good.

Salary structure is not good as compared to other manufacturing companies. But if you have enough work experience in same line of industries definetley will get good salary.
