1) My team lead Mr. Vijay is very supportive and friendly in his nature. He doesn't show his seniority towards me in any type of situation. I always feel comfort to work under him. 2) Work culture is very good. 3) Management is also very supportive towards their employees. 4) I hope that the company should bring more new policies which will help in terms of employees welfare. 5) Overall it is one of the best company which i loved to work for it.

Salary is good but i feel the growth of my career is slow.

It's kind of cool and calm environment, without much pressures.

Dislikes

Awkward thing is they more interested to take new employees for less package, than taking good care of existing ones. They have terminated almost 10 of my colleagues including me without paying dues of two months which feels totally unethical.

...while staying out you would be questioned in a way such that you did blunder. Everytime they will point out that, you receiving conveyance you receiving salary why don't you do Collection? (Covid Period too) All the sales people in this company would be considered as a parasites. Even they won't get EPF ESI benefit. They can terminate you without notice, but you can't put paper just like that. The moment you put papers they start abusing you. In a nutshell a good product is in the hands of quacks.

Good for the women who are willing to restart their career in near localilities. Bonus for every year.

Dislikes

Not so satisfied there is no proper planning in accomplishing a task to the employees. Need to improve the professional approach. Too many calls within the office even after the office hours. Management will believe the words of few pillars who are not upto the mark.

...nice experience to connect with students in different schools among 3 districts. Company policies are good and they give good salary.

There's no job security. In this pandemic faced alot problems with salaries.
